After one week of hard development we finally released the tuning stage1 on the new Ford Focus RS m.y.2016.

The car we used for the tests is one of the first delivered in Italy, making this release one of the world first on this car.

The values of the stock car are close to what Ford has declared: 350hp and 480Nm torque, the torque is 40Nm above the factory specs.

The Stage1 takes the power up to 393hp and 567Nm. This amazing improvement boosts acceleration figures of almost 0,5″ on 0-100km/h, 4,3″ instead of 4,7″.

For the new RS is already available the BIESSE Flasher.

The last version of the 911 GT3 RS has an 4 liters engine capable of 500hp and 460Nm. To improve its impressive performance seems to be impossibile.

Notwithstanding the very well done job from Porsche we managed to give a further  increase to this race car for the street by fitting a complete akrapovic titanium exhaust and with a ECU software optimization. The car now has over 534hp an 475Nm torque which for this level of performance is a really satisfying increase, considering we are working on NA engine.

The increase is noticeable also on the street and it is for everybody who wants to achieve the fastest lap possible on the track or who want  to drive this amazing piece of machine at its best.

After the recent update related to Porsche we can finally release the details of the Step1 on the 991 Carrera S/4S.

According to Porsche the 3.8 liters flat-six on the S version is capable of 400hp and 440Nm; after the stock car test on our dyno we can confirm that.

The tuned car puts down 421hp and almost 450Nm, the power increase is noticeable in al rpms.

On the road is easy to feel the more aggressive power delivery form the middle range. The higher rpms are much more sporty, the ECU tune almost fills the gap between the S and the GTS versions.

The new version of the most powerful 4 cylinders 2.0L of the world is capable of 381hp, we already developed and released a step1 ECU tune to increase the power and get the full potential of this amazing engine.

As in the case of the previous version the gains are massive: 426hp and 532Nm after the step1.

The stock power is around 388hp with 98RON fuel. We recommend the use of high octane fuel with our step1 ECU tune.

Released today the ECU tune Stage1 for the boxster/cayman 981; here the specs of the 2.7, soon the 3.4 of the S version.

The stock car puts down 272hp, a bit more than expected; after ECU tune the power reaches 286hp, a massive gain for a small NA engine.

On the road you’ll immediately feel the improved throttle response, which gives a even sportier attitude to the flat six on the back. Also the torque benefits of this mod, you’ll feel the difference after the 3000 rpms, the weak point of this engine. The tuned car pulls more giving more driving pleasure to the driver.

We have finally released the Stage1 for the very new Audi RS3 8V.

The well known 5 cylinders 2.5 liters TFSI has been recently updated to compete on equal terms with the competitors, like A45 AMG and M135i. The stock car is more powerful than expected, 380hp instead of the 367hp Audi declares. With 98RON fuel.

The BIESSE Racing Stage1 is an ECU Tuning which let the car to use all the potential of its engine, we reached 434hp and 572NM torque. Those are really impressive values for an hatchback, the straight line performance are similar to much more powerful cars.

In spite of the new Corsa OPC has just arrived to the dealers, we have already developed a Stage1 tuning file for the 1.6T engine it fits.

Opel states the car has 207hp as stock, but we saw a little less; anyway the gains with the BIESSE Stage1 are impressive, +25hp and 60Nm.

The tuning file improves the road driving by giving lot more low and middle range torque; the performance increase is really noticeable.

After years of development we finally managed to crack Toyota ECUs fitted on 2.0/2.2 liter D4d engines.

The main features of this release is the tuning on RAV4 and also the Auris which doesn’t have any tuning possibility at the moment.

Dopo una lunga sessione di test sono state rilasciate le nuove mappature sulla motorizzazione N20 di tutte le BMW serie F 28i.

Il quattro cilindri twin-power turbo ha un ottimo potenziale ma viene fornito di serie con scarse caratteristiche sportive,

abbiamo quindi lavorato sulla risposta del motore e sull’erogazione per liberare il vero potenziale di questo propulsore: sono stati ottenuti oltre 290cv e 420Nm.

Le prestazioni sono mutate in modo sorprendente, la coppia ai medi dell’auto una volta modificata dà la sensazione di avere a che fare con una cilindrata superiore, l’erogazione è perfettamente lineare e risulta addirittura regolarizzata rispetto all’auto di serie.

Il prezzo dell’intervento è 700€+IVA.

 

 

 

Released new tuning files for MINI John Cooper Works 2015 based on the new platform F56.

The 2 liters engine by BMW is capable of a 231hp power output but lacks of the sporty grunt of the old 1.6L, that’s fixed with BIESSE Tuning step 1 that improves a lot the engine response and also performance of the N20 engine.

The tuning file adds 30hp and almost 60Nm of torque, the new performance specs are 260cv and 380Nm.
